She sets the stage for healing & transformation by creating a safe & peaceful atmosphere in which to learn & try new things. Music, a meditative reading, the lighting of a few candles, & a couple stories about the lineage of this Tradition that she respects so deeply - made it easy for me to allow myself to focus, stretch, BREATHE, & venture out of my usual comfort zone to commune with my Higher Truth. Darby is lovely, & she knows her stuff! A sublime experience! I can't wait for our next class."

"Pure bliss! I loved it. I was a little tentative at 1st...you know, with starting something I wasn't familiar with....But I felt welcome & right at home the minute I walked in. Darby showed us each posture with patience & clarity. It was fun trying something new, & if a certain posture wasn't right for me, there were ways to adapt it so I'm not pushing too hard. I did surprisingly well my first time there, & it was fine if I needed to skip a pose or do an easier version of it. We all enjoyed learning this sequence of moves where you're not constantly getting down on the floor, then up, & back down again. With this yoga, you start on the floor & gradually rise up with each pose, like a blooming flower! I liked the imagery from nature, which reminded me of tai chi."

"Doing this class really woke my body up! Places in my back where muscles had been tight & energy had been blocked were freed up. I know what Darby means when she says, 'Believe in your Chi'. People underestimate how beneficial regular stretching & strengthening can be. This is a good workout, while also being a nice time to slow down, feel relaxed & have some 'me time'. Therapeutic in many ways!"
